PRACTICE EXPERIENCE
Foster Tepper established Tepper & Associates in 1991, which developed into a highly regarded business transaction and business litigation firm. Prior to establishing Tepper & Associates, Mr. Tepper was a Partner in the national law firm of Shea & Gould.

 

Mr. Tepper has over four decades of experience advising, counseling, and representing a broad range of clients in all aspects of corporate and real estate matters, with particular emphasis on the establishment of businesses and counseling regarding their growth and development. As a result of his broad and varied practice, Mr. Tepper has been able to counsel and guide clients through all phases of routine and complex business transactions.

 

Mr. Tepper also represents domestic and foreign enterprises engaged in business internationally in Europe, Asia, North Africa, Southern Africa and Central and South America, including structuring business transactions for maximum legal protection for a client’s business objectives consistent with achieving maximum tax benefits under the laws of the client’s domestic jurisdiction and the jurisdictions in which the client does business.
