PRACTICE EXPERIENCE
Natalie Rubinstein advises a broad range of clients, including high net-worth individuals and closely held businesses in their corporate, personal, and real estate related matters.

 

Ms. Rubinstein’s corporate practice includes advising clients on domestic and international business entity formation, all aspects of business operations, hotel and restaurant management and branding, IP, licensing, and manufacturing and distribution of goods.

 

Ms. Rubinstein represents developers, equity investors, and entrepreneurial owners in all aspects of development, finance, acquisitions and dispositions, and leasing of real estate.

 

Ms. Rubinstein received her B.A., with distinction, from New York University in 2004 with a major in International Business. She received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2007, with a concentration in Real Estate.
